Podcast Editing That Keeps You Publishing Every Week
Most podcasts die at episode seven — not from bad content, but because editing swallows the weekend. Hand me the raw files and your show publishes on schedule, sounding like a station produced it.
- 50+ episodes produced
- Reliable weekly turnaround
- Show notes & chapters included
If any of this is true right now, this page is for you
Editing is eating your week
A sixty-minute conversation is four hours of editing once you count ums, cross-talk and levels. Do that weekly on top of a job and the show quietly stops.
One guest is loud, one is quiet
Remote recordings never match. Listeners reach for the volume knob twice an episode, and that is exactly when they leave.
Your show sounds amateur next to the big ones
No intro, no music bed, no mastering. Same ideas, worse packaging — and audiences judge packaging in the first fifteen seconds.
Audio Podcast Editing, delivered properly
Not a vague scope and a surprise invoice. This is exactly what is produced and handed over.
Content Editing
Filler words, false starts, tangents, dead air, cross-talk and coughs removed — tightened without making the conversation feel chopped.
Noise & Room Cleanup
Background hum, keyboard clatter, laptop fans, echo reduction and mouth noise handled per speaker, not across the whole mix.
Multi-Track Levelling
Every speaker balanced to a consistent level and mastered to -16 LUFS for podcast platforms, so nobody touches the volume.
Intro, Outro & Beds
Branded intro and outro assembly, licensed music beds, stingers and transitions mixed under speech so they lift the show without burying it.
Show Notes & Chapters
Episode summary, timestamped chapters, guest bio, key quotes and links — written and formatted ready to paste into your host.
Publishing & Distribution
Upload to Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube and your RSS host with correct tags, artwork and descriptions. Optional if you prefer to publish yourself.
No hidden extras
Everything listed here is part of the base engagement — not an upsell discovered halfway through the project.
- Consistent -16 LUFS mastering
- Per-speaker noise cleanup
- Branded intro & outro
- Timestamped chapter markers
- Episode title & description draft
- 3-5 short clips for social
- Audiogram-ready quote cuts
- One revision round per episode
Four steps, no mystery
You always know what stage we are at, what is next, and what I need from you.
Set up the sound of your show
We agree on intro music, outro, tone and how tight you want the edit. I build a template so every episode after this is consistent.
Drop your raw files
Upload separate tracks per speaker to a shared folder after each record. Riverside, Zoom, Zencastr, SquadCast or local recordings all work.
Edit, mix, master
Standard turnaround is 48-72 hours per episode. You get a link to review before anything is published.
Publish or hand over
I upload to your host with notes and artwork, or deliver the finished files and assets for you to publish.

What makes this different
I actually hit the schedule
A podcast lives or dies on consistency. Turnaround is agreed in writing and I protect it — that is the whole product.
Broadcast standards, indie budget
The same mastering discipline I use on commercially published audiobooks, applied to independent shows.
Clips come with the edit
Every episode ships with social cuts, because an episode nobody hears is just an expensive conversation.
Your show, not my template
I edit to the tone you want — tight and punchy, or natural and conversational. You choose, I keep it consistent.
Pick the scope that fits
Every project is quoted after a short conversation, so you pay for the scope you need and nothing you do not.

Answered honestly
It makes a real difference, so yes where possible — Riverside, Zencastr and SquadCast all export them. A single mixed track still works and I will clean it as far as it can go, but per-speaker noise and levelling is only possible with separate files.
48-72 hours per episode as standard, measured from when the files land, not from when I start. Retainer clients get a reserved slot each week so the schedule holds even when I am busy.
Yes — see the Podcast Video service. Many clients bundle both so the audio and video versions are cut in the same pass, which costs less than ordering them separately.
Yes. I listen to the episode and write a real summary, chapters and pull quotes. It is not an auto-transcript dump — those read badly and do nothing for search.
Tell me what happened and I will push the recording as far as it can go. I will also tell you plainly what to change at your end — mic position, room, settings — so it does not repeat.
