That is your call and we set it on the test batch. My default is conservative — remove the temporary and the distracting, keep what makes the person look like themselves. I can go heavier for beauty and fashion work if that is the brief.
Yes, and please send them. RAW gives far more room on exposure and white balance than a JPG. JPGs are fine too, just with less latitude.
24-48 hours for small sets. Large catalogues are scheduled with an agreed delivery date, usually in batches so you are not waiting for everything at once.
