Email & SMS Marketing
You already have a list — enquiries, past customers, people who downloaded something and were never contacted again. Email, SMS and WhatsApp are the only channels you own outright, and they cost nothing per send compared with buying the same attention a second time.
Most businesses go silent for four months and then send a discount blast, which collapses open rates and drives unsubscribes, because the only contact anyone gets is a request for money. I build the opposite: automated flows first, campaigns second. A welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back and re-engagement sequences are written once and earn continuously without anyone pressing send, whereas a campaign earns once.
Deliverability gets configured properly — SPF, DKIM and DMARC authentication is the step most setups skip, and it is why their mail lands in spam. Your list is then segmented by behaviour, purchase history and engagement so buyers and browsers never receive the same message.
WhatsApp is part of this rather than an afterthought, set up through the official Business API with proper opt-in and approved templates, because in India it routinely outperforms email for anything time-sensitive. Reporting is in revenue attributed to the channel, not open rates, which are a vanity metric.
